If your bracelet falls off, we will fix it for free as long as you have the entire chain.
If you do not have the entire chain, unforuantely, we cannot do another bracelet for you for free. Permanent Jewelry is like any other jewelry, things happen and it can snag and break.
If you have a chain that fell off that I did not do, I can reweld them depending on the chain and if the entire chain is there. That cost is $10.
